VC Villas and Resorts is a chain of hotels and villas that are located in some of the most picturesque parts of Sri Lanka. All of them can accommodate a large number of guests. When running such a hotel, there are so many different elements to look into.

There is a big team at each of these hotels working hard to ensure that everything is happening smoothly and guests are happy. When they focus on guests, there can be delays in other areas such as maintenance. We try our best to manage all these aspects remotely but found the going tough at times due to various reasons.

We decided to embrace technology to improve the whole process and searched the market for a suitable product. When we came across Ficino Suite and their product Ring, we were very excited. The demos by the Marketing Team showed us how the product was perfect for our company. After giving the green light, they were able to deploy the Ring very fast, which also helped us a great deal. They gave all staff proper training on how to get the best out of Ring. This helped the staff to look at the product in a positive manner. Now all tasks and projects at every villa and resort are updated on Ring.

Things are going very smoothly and we are thankful to Ficino for introducing a top class product to us. We are looking forward to more features in Ring and more products from the Ficino Suite.
